1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of iiifolds.com (the “Site”) and your general dealings with 3 Folds FZC, trading as 3FOLDS (“3FOLDS”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a creative consultancy registered at Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park (SRTIP), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. By browsing this Site or submitting an enquiry through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About 3FOLDS

3FOLDS is a creative consultancy and the creative and production arm of The Briefcase, operating across four service pillars: Creative Direction & Production, Event Production & Management, Community Architecture & Capability Building, and Cultural Projects & Consultancy. Content on this Site — including our services, past work and client roster — is provided for general information purposes and does not itself constitute an offer capable of acceptance or a binding proposal for any specific project.

3. Project engagements

Nothing on this Site forms a contract between you and 3FOLDS. Any specific creative, production, community or cultural engagement is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement, statement of work or proposal signed by both parties, which will set out the scope, fees, timelines, deliverables, intellectual property ownership and any project-specific terms. Where these Terms and a signed agreement conflict on a matter within that agreement’s scope, the signed agreement prevails.

4. Using this website

• You may browse and use this Site for lawful, personal or genuine business purposes connected to evaluating our services.
• You must not misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its related systems, or use it to transmit unlawful, harmful or infringing material.
• You must not scrape, copy or reproduce substantial parts of the Site’s content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
• We may suspend or restrict access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, for maintenance, security or any other reason.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this Site — including text, graphics, the 3FOLDS name and logo, layout, and the origami-inspired visual identity — is owned by or licensed to 3 Folds FZC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Case studies and images of client work are shown with permission and remain the property of their respective owners or of 3FOLDS, as agreed under the relevant project agreement. No licence is granted to reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission, other than incidental copies made by your browser to view the Site.

6. Case studies, results and testimonials

Case studies, outcomes, statistics and testimonials shown on this Site describe results achieved for specific clients under specific circumstances. They are illustrative only and are not a guarantee that similar results will be achieved for any other client or project. Where a metric or outcome is marked as pending or not yet available, it will be added once confirmed by the relevant project lead.

7. Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this Site accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty, express or implied, that the Site is complete, error-free or continuously available. Details such as our client roster, services and team are updated periodically and may not reflect every change immediately.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3FOLDS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site, including loss of business, revenue or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Our liability arising from a specific project engagement is governed solely by the relevant signed agreement for that engagement.

This Site may link to third-party websites, including client, partner and social media sites, for reference or convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of those third-party sites.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data through this Site is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any dispute resolution mechanism agreed in a specific project agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
